We provide project administration services on projects that do not require a licensed contractor. These projects may be self-performed by the owner or done by an unlicensed contractor, but must cost no more than $40,000. We ensure proper administration and provide back-office support.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
On projects requiring a licensed contractor, we partner with owners to manage their projects from conception to completion. We act as the owner's representative, manage communications with contractors, oversee the draw process, and protect the owner's interests.

DEVELOPMENT
Owners undertaking multifamily projects may retain and utilize our fee development services. We specialize in small-scale development and work closely with owners to execute their vision. Services we offer include: site and project due diligence, permit and entitlement coordination, budgeting, contractor selection, and ongoing project management.
04.
CONSULTING
Owners needing specific and precise guidance may retain our fee consulting services. We outline a detailed scope of work designed to answer the key question(s) being asked.
